It's amazing how they all add up - I hate them in my purse and are a pain to count especially at work... I know what you mean.... I could save into an interest bearing account until I have a bigger sum to pay off. In my case though it's not that my debts are 0% credit card deals etc....they are all defaulted or sold on:o and every extra pound I can pay in shows willing iykwim, so I'd rather do it that way!£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Glad you like the calendar idea. And don't worry about going against conventional wisdom once in a while hummingbird. I just got a credit card to buy an iPhone. I can only imagine what Martin would say let alone MMM who would be apoplectic with rage at me. But I got £21 cashback. And 0% for 16 months. and the boost that came with knowing someone was willing to give me a £2k limit when I wanted £600
