Hi

Just checked my Experian Credit File and Creation Financial Services Ltd has appeared on there with a large Credit limit available :cool:

I am a bit bemused as I did not apply for any store cards/credit cards/loans etc with this or any other company.

How can this be?

    A mistake or ID fraud.

    Hi Murphy306,

    Creation Financial provide the finance for a number of store cards, if you are not aware of any store cards that it could relate to contact us so we can get it looked into.

    If you think it is fraud then our fraud team will be able to investigate.
