Does copy and paste work with another program, your browser for instance? The PrtScn is a function of the OS (Windows), so there might be a problem with Windows itself and not Word.0 -
If it is Word then go into control panel/programs and features, click on MS Office and choose 'repair'.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”

The prntscr key thing has thrown me, it's nothing to do with copy/paste.
I mean it could be the right mouse button isn't working (unable to open the menu), but OP your not describing this very clearly.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Is this a home or work device, could something have been installed to stop copy and pasting?
Are you copy and pasting FROM Word into other things? PDF's can be set to no allow text to be copied from them.0 -
