Picking a Nominee Sharedealing Account

HI All!
I have some shares which are in a nominee share dealing account with Fool Sharedealing. I have had these shares for years and they are worth next to nothing. I don't want to sell them just because for me it's too depressing to realise the losses I've made with them, I'm sure a couple of them will go back up one day! They're not worth much now.
I moved to Fool because Natwest introduced new fee structures, which included a fixed quarterly fee. Now Fool are doing the same so I want to transfer away - I don't want to have to pay to just sit on the shares.
Can anyone recommend a nominee sharedealing company to whom I should transfer?
Thanks!

x-o.co.uk are a cheap execution-only broker who don't have an ongoing flat fee for holding your shares. I use a more expensive one with more features but for just holding a few shares x-o would be fine.0
