TSB Online Verification Code?

I've just opened an account with TSB
and as part of their security procedure they have
sent a letter with a Verification Code,
which it says to enter next time I log in.

But when I log in it doesn't ask for a code,
and I'm limited on which of my personal details to
change (I need to change my mobile number).

Any ideas?

When you get your code, it will open up full access to online banking such as setting up payments, standing orders etc but you can view balances etc until you get your code.

It will ask you for the code in a few days and when you enter it you get everything.

I kind of like that system as then you can see your deposits to ensure that they have gone in and earn interest on them extra few days.

Thanks. It's already been a few days since I received the code,
and it still isn't asking for it.

I think I had to wait a week after opening the account, it asks for the code a few days after the letter is sent. It should be tomorrow.

I received my code today and didn't have to wait. Just go to login for internet banking and enter your username and password. I think it was on the next page that it asked for the verification code I'd been sent through the post.
