Hi, welcome to MoneySaving.

I can't help with your location but among other places here in the forums there are some useful party ideas for children to be found here:-

HI
For my son's 1st and 2nd Birthday parties..I went to Bonnyrigg leisure centre. You can hire the soft play/ball pit area for an hour and then the hall for an hour with the bouncy castle. Think it cost about £60 but it was a joint party, hence cheaper for me. There is a kitchen in the hall so you can prepare your own food and staff will set up tables and chairs for you...also a good idea to bring other toys for the hall for children to entertain themselves with.
Other birthday ideas, maybe phone up, it is wise to book at least 3 months in advance!

Also...don't make too much food for the kids..they will either be sleeping (!) or too excited to eat!! However, adults love a good buffet of sandwiches/salad/crisps/ etc. I'm talking from experience, heehee!
Have a fun party whatever you decide!
