does a loose oil cap create oil pressure isues?

I changed my spark plugs recently and found that the neck of the oil filler is loose.
It has a neck because there is an air box that sites on top of the head and the neck is used to bring the oil filler cap to level with the air box.
The neck of the oil filler needs to be removed in order to remove the ignition coils. When doing the job I notice that the neck is quite loose because it has not been properly de-installed with previous spark plug changes. Looks like mechanic broke a securing tab that holds the neck in place.
It sits OK but probably isn't air tight. Is this an issue?

There will be no pressure issues as the oil system is not fully sealed anyway. The only possible issue would be if oil mist could move up the neck and exit through the loose connection.0

oil leaves a pretty clear trail wherever it goes and I have not seen any marking on staining on the head what so ever so it should not be a problem then.0
