Debit Card Blocked/Declined

Hi,

Was trying to make a payment and the online vbv portal said transaction failed and then it said it was blocked incase it was someone else - with the code C5 (Lloyds bank)

What does that mean if anyone knows? Does this mean my card has been cancelled or just blocked? If I dont call, will it get cancelled?

They havent called yet, and im in a tricky situation where I cannot call out.

I have no idea, but I gues it said what exactly was blocked - the transaction or the card.

The transaction will have failed (blocked) pending further confirmation from you, so the card will be fine.
Contact Lloyds to fast-track it.

this is usually due to lloyds equivalent verified by visa security - clicksafe. you'll need to call them to sort it out
