I bought one second hand from a nearly new sale when i had my DS 5 years ago, very good for long walks but not really practical for shopping or in the car as it takes up a lot of room. I used to love standing at the window waving my DH off on a walk with the pram tho, a lovely sight!
If you can get it cheap enough id go for it but you will still need a smaller buggy too.Bringing up 2 handsome boys and 1 gorgeous girl the MSE way!Joseph born 19th December 2001Matthew born 8th August 2007Tara born 23rd January 20110 -
I had one in exactly the same colour as that.
I bought in in 1998 when my eldest was born and it was used again in 2002 when my second was born.
An exellent pram, fantastic suspension and built to last.
If you can go and view it I would but I would say I wouldn't expect any problems with it.
good luck with the baby x0 -
My friend bought one like that from Ebay and she was extremely happy with it.
Just check it out first

i think that pram looks lovely and clearly its clean and safe(you have to push it with the brakes on to see if it moves to test this ....apparently)theres a lot of pushchair vanity around nowadays years ago families shared the big pram as soon as one baby was out of it another baby was in it ......i think its beautiful hun and with your baby inside and your blankets it will be perfect.
dee mum of 3 "before you buy ...think,how many hours have i worked to pay for this?,do i need it? or can i get it r&r in tesco!! hee heee:A0 -
Thank you for your comments. My MIL got the pram for us from the charity shop she works at. I've had a quick look but as this is our first baby I don't have a clue!!

yes, new baby, new mattress!
all the baby shops do them, just make sure you get your sizes right :cool:0 -
The only things you shouldn't get second hand are mattresses and carseats so if you are happy with it go for it.Annabeth Charlotte arrived on 7th February 2008, 2.5 weeks early
