My initial interview was the 12th.

So guess that makes sense, also they maybe sanctioning me due to how i left my last employment, but i've heard that due to it being under stress and anxiety this wont happen due to it being mental health and backed up by my doctor.

Did you have an appt to sign or just the interview?

    How old are you?

    £73.10? Really? JSA

    Over 25's get £72.40

The 1st 3 days I believe are unpaid and if you got a payment today its for two weeks up to last Friday.

Have you actually signed or just had an appointment?

You should have got some money on the 18th then. Also are sure your reading your letter right as the £73.10 a week comes in at april.

So the claim has been processed in full? When did you get the letter to say the claim was set up? It takes over a week for this that's why I am asking.

right ok. Now I'm thinking that the sign on your declaring for the previous two weeks. Shame isn't kt that you don't get some sort of funds on first pay,ent day.

Right so let's go through it. You got £113 because it takes off 3 days pay which is £30. You didn't get any money in the 18th as you declare your circumstances for the previous two weeks. Right that's what I thought as I have to declare previous two week earnings. Your rate of £73.10 will be effective from April. Check there isn't wnother amount just above it. So the next pay day you will get the full amount that your entitled to.
Regarding mental health issues it may be worth asking to see a disability advisor but I didn't get advised to see one untill few month down the line. The dea can assist you in working out what work is best for you plus change your agreement to meet your needs. If they are going to sanction you I would have thought they would have done it by now.
