Travel Insurance - multi trip / pregnant

Can anyone advise on where best to purchase travel insurance whilst pregnant? I've been googling then when I click a link and enter our details I never see an option to record the fact I'm pregnant? I thought it may be in pre existing medical conditions but can't see it? I'm not sure you get any extra cover whilst pregnant anyway but surely I'd have to declare it?

Also, we are planning a trip to Europe and one to America, any ideas on what type of policy would be best for this? Would I be better with an annual policy or is it not worth it for just 2 trips?

Thanks

Pregnancy is not considered a "condition", I know as I had to write an ethics paper on a pregnant woman who had a forced cesarean under the Mental Health Act after she refused despite medical opinion saying she and the baby were likely to die otherwise.

No travel insurance covers for routine pregnancy/ births and so there is no need for them to really note it. They similarly will require you to obey airline rules etc which means you are unlikely to be able to travel when you are most at risk of complications.

A routine birth in the USA is exceptionally expensive (circa $30,000), most insurers will not consider a modest premature birth as a non-routine pregnancy complication and so you could end up with a very big bill if you're intending to go there late stage

No won't be travelling during 3rd trimester, early 2nd only as I believe this is the most comfortable time for travel and within the airlines suggested time frame. Ok sounds like I can just buy regular insurance, thanks for your help.
