You are doing great - keep going! £13 or £300 its still a reduction! Better than going up! Good luck

When I was in debt, I found this a very useful tool: http://www.whatsthecost.com/snowball.aspx

It also gives you a goal of reducing the debt down by paying more and more towards it to get closer to your debt free date.

judi24 - thanks very much - I have to keep telling myself to keep my chin up - I know this will be a hard slog and I'm determined not to give up this time. Looking at your sig you have done SO well to pay off so much, well done you!

Candyapple - I've had a look at the snowball calculator but somehow keep getting my figures wrong (I've an overdraft which is 0% interest but a flat daily rate of £1 which I think confuses it...) - thanks for the link though, you have inspired me to have another go :)

Well, Easter weekend was a lot of fun and very relaxing. Spent quite a bit out of my entertainment budget for the month but I've kept really good track of everything and haven't overspent so I don't feel bad about it.

This should be a quiet and relatively spend-free week for me... Need to buy some pet supplies but should have enough food to last through until the weekend, with the exception that I may need to top-up with a few bits and pieces for packed lunches (we will see though, I'm planning on getting creative with this!).

Going ice-skating on Wednesday which will cost a fiver only and should be a fun night out :)

Spent a lot of time at the weekend decluttering using the KonMarie method - it's going great so far, have freed up loads of storage space and I'm already finding it easier to keep things tidy. Quite a long way to go though as I seem to have a neverending hoard of stuff! I should be able to sell quite a few bits and pieces too which I will chuck straight at the debt. Feeling really positive!
