experian

Hello.

On Sunday I logged onto my experian account for the first time after cancelling my subs a few years ago.

I have moved house twice since I last lodged in.

When I logged in, all of my details remained at the address where I last checked the report.

None of my current account / credit card details were shown

My credit score was 956.

I then updated experian inputting both new addressed.

On Monday I logged into experian again and my credit score had increased to
999 and all my current credit was showing.

I thought experian relied solely on information provided by lenders? Has my credit report suffered because I didn't update my details?
Or are experian reporting different versions of my report to me & lenders?

It's great to have you back with us, your CreditExpert membership uses the information you supply to us during your registration to search our database and compile your credit report.

Credit information is held on your credit report for six years. If you move home or change address please let us know, once your current address has been added to your credit report this will enable you to view an up-to-date and adequate report with the account information your lenders have reported to us.

You credit report hasn't suffered nibehi, it's just you haven't seen the updates and changes your lender has provided which were linked to your current address.

If you feel the information provided by your lenders now your current address has been added to be incorrect or if any of your accounts are missing please let us know, we would be able to help you further.

    Kind Regards
