Any way To fix A terrible paint job? :(
Bought this car last year, obviously it has had **** paint job somewhere in past and now and Im getting some white rusty patches all over it
anyone has got any idea If these can be somehow removed (maybe made less visible? or i have to repaint it all? ) really have no budget to repaint it ,and don't want to mess it up even further just getting can of spray paint.
Thanks.

I could be wrong, but the whiteish areas look like filler.
Basically it's been damaged for quite some time, repaired after rust had set in, not treated with a rust preventative, filled, primed and sprayed.
If you open the filler cover, i'm betting there will be lines where the new paint meets the original.
I can actually see overspray on the bottom edge of the bumper.
Looks like a DIY job to me.
If it is filler and that has rust under it too, then the whole lot needs taking back to bare metal, treating with something like Hydrate 80 (about the best rust treatment i've ever used) filling or dent removal, then a respray blended into the the other paintwork.
Ironically, if it'd been fixed when the damage occurred, it would have cost very little.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I'm not convinced that rear arch is rust coming through from the front. Rear arch rust like that is usually coming through from behind, and by the time you see it, it's very very crunchy out of sight. Cutting out and welding is the only solution.
What car, what age?
If might just be cosmetic, but I'd be investigating very carefully indeed.0 -
it can't be fixed, it needs to be sanded back and redone. SIlver paint is challenging to blend. so good luck.0

If you have no budget, you'll have to leave it alone. That paint needs to come off right to the bare metal, proper rust treatment, skimmed and painted. If you try it yourself it could end up looking even worse.0
