Hey
I want to be able to dispute these online through my account, is this possible???0 -
Hi Matthew
I've no idea if you could do this online but can't see why not.
The advantage of phoning is that you can just query your file explaining the issue(s) and you'll have someone explain the process there and then. In the past when I've had to do this I've only needed to make 2 phone calls - the first to open the investigation and another to ensure the issue has been cleared up.
I sometimes feel that emails get a slower response and it saves the worry if you're speaking to someone directly as they get right on it. Remember to make a note of when you contacted them and if you phone take the persons name for future reference.
