Door locks, thumb turns and insurance

Gonna replace the door locks on our new house (on the to do list).

Porch door is a euro-cylinder type lock, needs a key to lock whether from inside or outside
Main front door has a yale latch.
Back door has another euro-cylinder type lock.

I was looking at replacing the euro locks with anti-bump/anti-snap eg astra cristal s, hoppe etc. But I noticed some of them come with thumb turns, which would mean I could lock/unlock the front and back doors from the inside. Could be useful in emergency eg fire.

Will this have a negative impact on insurance?

A. Yes, it pays to check with your insurer directly if they will accept the "keyless exit" function of a thumbturn cylinder. This is because insurers usually demand both sides of the door to be equally secure. If entry is gained through a small opening window for example, it would be easy for the burglar to remove large items though a door by unlocking the door from the inside, and not the point of entry. As a guide, thumbturn cylinders should only be used on fire exit doors in shared or sheltered accomodation.

I wanted to do this with my doors but concluded that the insurance would be too much hassle and would mean me having to ring round companies every year when getting quotes as the comparison sites assume you have standard key locking upvc doors or a 5 lever BS mortise lock.
