Switching Current Banks Accounts

Hi,

I want to switch from Nationwide to another bank as my current account. For 7 day switching I can see that they switch all direct debits and payments for you. With Nationwide I have a small personal loan. If I switch bank accounts the loan will still be with Nationwide but how will I pay them their monthly payment? Will me new bank sort this?

Dont forget to go for a Bank that pays an incentive/bung
