Credit File Footprints

I'm in the middle of applying for a new mortgage on a new house, as well as a remortgage on an existing house and I've also just taken out a new credit card, all in the same couple of months.
I'm also wanting to open two new bank accounts in the same period and am worried about the footprints that may be left on my credit file with Experian.
Do bank account applications leave footprints? If so, is it a bad thing for me to do all these things at the same time?
Thanks in advance.

The general advise is to to ensure a healthy credit file with not too much new activity (i.e. new credit / bank accounts) months before applying for a mortgage. I would strongly advise you delay the opening of the new bank accounts until after the mortgage application are complete.0 -
