The last sentence in the last but one paragraph mentions 'previous allegations substantiated'. I wonder what other skeletons are in the cupboard?:j0 -
So the SRA asked the parking company who told them it was a spelling mistake and they believed them ?
Well what F-ing use are they ?I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
and remember £1000 + £500 costs was a LOT of money then,
unlike the general public , solisitors doing stay on public record , after this would anyone deal with http://www.duncanlewis.co.uk/Michael-Schwartz-Crime-Solicitor-Harrow-Middlesex/
knowing that the only Swartz listed by the SRA is employed by them
if the above info is incorrect , then the SRA have failed to check the info provided by people on mse/parking prankster/pepipoo and lied to the general public , by saying he is registered.0 -
Even if he took a bung to allow them to use his name, the question needs to be put to the SRA, why did he sign Dozens of court claim forms with his name spelt wrong and identical signatures.
However as the Real Mr Schwartz is a criminal lawyer I would doubt he knows anything about this and as usual the SRA have been had over.
But that is not unusual they have a reputation to keep as been inept to the point of dishonesty themselves.
Anyone with an active compliant should get back and say the explanation they have offered is not satisfactory and if it is him who can not even read his own name, how much was he paid, who signed it or does he normally sign court papers with his name incorrectly spelled with a photocopier.
I would stick with the is not a real solicitor, a similar name is not good enough, they have been told to produce this bloke at court and failed.
I think the SRA have been mislead by the parking firm, but then again, thats what they do for a living.
Pulling the wool over the SRA eyes would be a doddle for them.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Parking Prankster has now blogged about this, pulling together the various bits of information about CEL, Deal and Mr Schwartz that have been gleaned by posters on MSE and on PPP:-

and more news coming in via pepipoo
"I received the following reply from the SRA last week regarding my query about M Shwarts.
"Thank you for your e-mail dated NNth January 2015 raising further points concerning Mr M Schwartz. This has been referred to me, with the other reports concerning claim forms issued by Debt Enforcement & Action Ltd and signed “M Schwarts”, for consideration of any breaches of the SRA Code of Conduct 2011.
We try to build a complete picture of the issues involved, which can be time consuming. We will be in touch if we need any further information from you and will provide you with an update on the outcome of our enquiries once complete. Due to the complexity of some of the issues we deal with, this process can be lengthy, sometimes lasting many months.
At this stage it is not possible to say what the outcome may be. It is possible that the outcome may be to take no further action. Alternatively, the outcome may be to impose a disciplinary sanction such as a formal rebuke. We will confirm the outcome once the matter is concluded. If this takes more than six months, we will contact you to let you know about our progress."
lets hope they act , several posters have said they have emailed him at his currant employment , and he failed to answer0 -
Thankyou everyone for their replies I really do appreciate it.
Does anyone know what my skeleton argument should consist of? I just finished work and intend to purchase the pranksters guide. Also should I contact deal stating why they did not attach an apparent copy of the picture taken of my car at the time? I have not had a call from deal etc so far l. I shall write to the courts asking them to strike out the claim withy reference to other cases. Is anyone else on here due to appear in court over the next month? Thanks once again0 -
Somewhere or other (think it's on Pepipoo), someone (Gan?) has posted a complete, sample defence. Maybe someone has a link to it. Otherwise it's going to need some searching for.
EDIT: Here you go: http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=95325&st=0&p=1027957&#entry1027957
Make sure you read it thoroughly and edit as necessary. Not everything in that defence will be relevant in your case. Don't compromise your defence by being lazy and simply copying and pasting with no check for accuracy.0
