Overcharged when renting van from Super U France

Hi,
I rented a van from Super U Longue on Saturday 28th Feb 2015.
This was 61 euros + 1000 euros deposit - all put on my debit card.
Returned vehicle & 61 euros paid + 1000 euros refunded to my debit card - it has not appeared back in my account yet - but I assume it will do soon?
But they also took two payments of £109.45 at 18:30 - these were definitely not authorised by me ....
I think my bank should be using the VISA chargeback to give me my money back - BUT they are saying I need to contact Super U direct - which is difficult as I don't speak French!!
Thoughts?
Thanks Mark

This is strange as the SuperUs near us insist on a French cheque for the deposit. I would ring them and ask for an English speaker, most SuperUs have one.
I am sure it is a mistake or misunderstanding but be persistant as French shops are in my experience not very good at admitting they have made a mistake. Is there any way you can find a French person to phone for you?0
