Prize is a 6 month Fitness Membership of a Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. Any other incidental expenses relating to the Prize are not included in the above prize and must be paid for by the winner. This draw is only open to eligible participants aged 18 years or over, and not an employee of Nuffield Health or its affiliates, or their family members.

Nuffield Health reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants.

Once the draw winner has been chosen, the Contact Details will be used to contact the chosen winner via telephone call.
