Student Finanace & Benefits in Kind

Hi

I am filling in Student Finance Form for my partner as I need to put in my financial details.

Question is on section 12 on - Taxable Benefits in Kind. -
If my personal allowance has already been reduced from £10,000 to £9600 due to receiving medical insurance Benefit in kind worth £400 (and thus also my tax code changed) . Then do I need to also put in - "Total income received from BIK as £400.
I'm just thinking that if I do it will be double counted - (i) in my p60 figure (ii) in the BIK section

Thanks for any advice
