Help! What Am I Looking For - Hob burner Slate disc

I have a six burner integrated gas hob in my rented property.
Like an idiot, I accidentally threw away the smallest slate disc that is placed on the hob burner (the gas flame burns around it) when cleaning. Its approximately 5cm in diameter.
I've looked on ebay and amazon, but can't find what I am looking for. Its a flat slate disc. Does it have a special name?
I don't really want to have to pay to replace the whole hob.
