Independent Financial Advisor? Help.

I am really trying to get out of debt and find a way forward for myself but have found that a Debt Management Plan isn't suitable as it leaves you with no spending money. I should be able to get out of debt in a few years, but may need some independent advice to help me do that. Does this sound like a good idea or am I barking up the wrong tree?

It sounds like an awful idea...
You want to PAY someone a fair whack of money for telling you how to repay your debts in a slower way and therefor more expensive, than a DMP?

A DMP doesn't leave you any spending money IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.

If you want some advice here why not post a full SOA and the guys and gals will be able to tell you what can be done to make you debt free as fast as possible, however if there is no spare cash then "spending money" is just not an option.

Smell that? It's the coffee - now pull up a seat, write the SOA and we'll lend you a hand, our combined knowledge and lots and lots of support :)
