The following information and terms and conditions relate to The Family Adventure Company – Win a Family Adventure to Jordan run by Family Traveller magazine. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of this action is The Family Adventure Company whose registered office is 1 Cross & Pillory Lane, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1HL. United Kingdom.

1. This competition is open to residents of Great Britain only, aged 18 and over, but excludes employees of The Family Adventure Company and Family Traveller magazine, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the competition, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

2. Closing date for entries is 9:00 AM (GMT) 30 April 2015. No entries submitted after this time will be valid.

3. The competition is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

4. The prize is for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-16 years) and includes:

An 8-day Jordan tour for two adults and two children (aged 5-16 years), including flights from London, accommodation, transfers, 7 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners.
Optional extras are not included.
The prize is for two children and two adults within one family; variations will be considered, but any additional costs would have to be covered by the winner.
The trip must be taken before 31 December 2015. The Family Adventure Company reserves the right to cancel the prize.
There must be a minimum of four full paying confirmed passengers on your chosen departure before the prize trip can be confirmed.
5. All prizes are subject to availability.

6. The winner will be chosen at random from all those who correctly answer the competition entry question. The winner will be notified by email by the organisers within 14 days of the prize draw closing date.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

8. The Family Adventure Company administrator’s decision is final.

9. As part of the competition promotion, winners may be required to participate in media relations activities, which may include a quote/review of your prize pack and photo session.

10. To enter, you must answer the question stated on the entry form and fill in the details requested.

11. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are not transferable or refundable.

12. The Family Adventure Company and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Family Adventure Company and its affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel, accommodation and activities.

14. The Family Adventure Company accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.

15. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
