Hi Guys,

Trying to sort a budget holiday to France in May this year for me and my Grandkids. Best for me would be to get to Caen, anybody have any tips or codes I could use?

What sort of holiday are you planning, how many of you are there likely to be - and are you traveling with a vehicle?

If it's camping or gite or cottage, it may be best value to book a ferry crossing with the accom provider as they often get access to special rates.

Hi, my daughter has booked a cottage nr Caen so trying to get to it as cheaply as possible. Obviously could get to Calais and drive but the extra fuel cost and driving time I feel makes the higher ferry cost Portsmouth to Caen worthwhile.

Really just trying to check that I am not missing some clever MSE of achieving this.
