Flat Roof

Hi,
I would like to extend my existing roof (3 meters in depth) with a slope of 8 cm further another 3 meters. So, basically it will be a 6 meters depth roof. It is a flat roof. However, I am not sure if existing height of the roof is going to allow further slope. Is there any regulations in terms of the thickness of the roof once you have insulation, joists etc?
