She is probably an envious HPCer who hates people more prosperous than herself.0

"2.2 Is the seller aware of anything which might lead to a dispute about the property or a property nearby? If Yes, please
give details:"
I'm not sure how the seller could honestly answer "no" here, given the information they have provided in this thread.
Hi Samba
Agree with you. However, the issue is that our house has been on the market since June last year, and the nappy business only started around October/November, and at that point we had:- already submitted our SPIF to our solicitors; and
- we had no definitive proof it was her until yesterday
Pixie - those were the thoughts going through my mind too. Unfortunately, I think this is a sort of payback in her mind.
I really appreciate the advice that everyone has given - thank you :T I think my approach is going to be to ignore it for now but continue to keep evidence in case anything more serious happens. My sale is my priority at the moment so I will not want to do anything to jeopardise this.
Thanks everyone - have a superb Monday!

Do 2 wrongs make a right here?
Throw her property back into her garden......or leave it for her by the front door with a polite note."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0 -

Personally I would also be keen to help deal with her, but for now the potential risks for you are much bigger than this issue.0 -
