Hi,
I just have a couple of ideas.
You could use ebay if your partner signed up, and you used his account instead of your own.
If need be you can get freebies and list them on ebay. You can sell almost anything on there. If you have the means, draw some pictures/paint and put them on ebay.
Also, you said your birthday's coming up. Why don't you ask one of your friends or relatives to finish paying off your tv and laptop for you as a gift?
You could also ask for money as a gift, or vouchers for shops where you can buy groceries. If they're going to buy you things, do your best to have them be things that you will need. Unwanted presents can be ebayed if they're of little use to you.
I have also noticed that if you do a balance transfer then it shows up on the card statement that you're transferring from as a 'payment'. I don't know if you can use this instead of paying the minimum payment, but I suspect so.
I think your partner really needs to find work given the state of things. The downside is many companies won't pay you until you've been there for a month, or at least a week. If need be advertise on those boards on the supermarket, try as many places as possible. Some stores have signs up looking for people. Chippies and restaurants are often looking for people as they pay fairly low wages. However, it would give you some income until he can find something better.
Also try sites like pigsback.com to earn points for vouchers. It won't make a huge difference, and will take time to accumulate, but it does add up over the months. I've probably got a couple of hundred euro off them so far (they're a uk site too).
If need be, try a pawn shop or take books to a second hand bookshop.
Good luck,

There is 3 mobile phone contracts listed. Can you sell one of the phones to clear the arrears/close it?
Is there any way you can get overtime at work?

Hi, just wanted to add that when you get yourfood parcel, check out the Old Style board for receipes etc as that may help to make your food go as far as possible and get the most out of it. Keep your chin up.0

hi everyone thank you for such a huge lot of replies with help and support.
the 3 contract phone bills are years old. we sold the phones ages ago to pay off other debts. so we are just paying off what we owe now, but no longer have the phones they were on.
my food package is really helping us out, it feels great to have full bellys again. i will def look up receipies to make it all last as long as possible.
i have asked at work about overtime and they said i can type up data at the weekends and evenings for a little extra, but said they wont get that sorted for another month yet... and they haven't told me how much they wanted to pay? every little helps though doesnt it!!!
right now i am not feeling very optimistic still. we have to borrow another £30 off the MIL to pay brighthouse as they threatened to take back our tv and laptop on monday (we only have a few more payments to go).
does anyone know the best place to get a loan when you are black listed badly? i dont want to pay back loads of extra money to them for borrowing it, but i really want to just pay 1 bill instead of so so many.
i am sending all my creditors letters tomorrow asking them to put my accounts on hold for 28 days while i get advice and assistance. i have also put my phone number on there so i am expecting some nasty phone calls pretty soon! thanks everyone!!!!!My baby boy is now 8 weeks old.

Hi,
I just wrote a post then accidentally deleted it!
Considering how much debt you have, the only real solution I can see is to increase your earnings.
You could probably get a loan, but you would be paying a very high interest rate at the moment. As you can't make your other payments right now, it would be likely that you wouldn't be able to make your payments on this other loan, or if you tried to consolidate it would cost you a lot more in the long run as you'd be paying a much higher interest rate on more of your debts.
If you have any cash free on your credit cards, you might be able to take cash out and use it to get by/pay other debts until you get a long term solution sorted. Optionally, sell stuff to get by.
There are other ways to get bits and pieces of money - mystery shopping/pigsbacking/babysitting/'birthday' gifts etc. However, you need to sort out a long term solution.
Once you have your laptop and tv paid off it will give you a little more money. Also, could you rent out a room to bring in extra income, or rent somewhere cheaper? Optionally, could you move in with relatives/parents?
I know it might not be ideal, but it might give you the boost you need to get things sorted.
