It was bad with ATOS and now it looks set to get a whole lot worse!

So they take over today and there is a day of action tomorrow? So they haven't yet done anything under this contract and there is already a call to dismiss them?

I think yes because if you watch the video on DPAC its the whole WCA that is the issue and the humiliation involved. Plus the amount of money they are being paid for the contract 1/2 billion and no evidence that it has helped get disabled people into work in the past and no real fundingavailable to facilitate that.

So its about wasting money on WCA which ever company does it.

So it is nothing to do with whatever company runs it but the process that they have to use? Aren't you targeting the wrong people then?

Doesn't matter if it's Maximus as most of the staff will be Atos staff taken on for same job. Or even worse the Atos rejects given a 2nd chance. The WCA is the problem. It's wrong - the descriptors are diabolical & the staff both HCP's & DM's do not understand the exceptional circumstances rules. Let the GP's decide if someone is "fit for work". End of problem!
