The draw is open to all UK residents over 18, excluding employees and their families of Walkers Snacks Ltd and its affiliated companies. 2. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set. 3. The first entry drawn after the closing date of 30/08/07, wins a new (with delivery mileage) standard specification Mini One in British Racing Green, with Union Jack roof, including 3 years warranty and 12 months road tax. Cost of delivery within mainland Britain is included, but delivery must be arranged by 11/10/07. The winner shall be responsible for obtaining their own insurance from the date of delivery. 4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize. 5. No purchase necessary, entry is free and must be made on the official entry form (below), and must be posted in the official entry box located in-store or by visiting www.premier-stores.co.uk. 6. Closing date for entries is 30th August. 7. The draw for the winner will take place on 31st August by an independent judge. 8.
