Tresor Rare Refund Help

Following up from my post above, am delighted to say I received a cheque for the full £240 :j

After sending an email asking for a refund and threatening to report them to trading standards, they replied a couple of days later saying that they'll give me the refund.

They asked me to email them a copy of the receipt then send the products back to them. There was also the option to return the goods to the original store. I included a short formal letter with all of the details and sent it recorded special delivery to avoid the risk of 'we didn't receive it'.

It took about three weeks until the cheque arrived, but it did and can now put the whole saga behind me. Lesson learned :T

They have rebranded as Hermetise but are using the same techniques and no refund etc. Please warn others.

Thanks for the warning, but I still have deep pockets and short arms. I ponder as to whatever happened to Juicy Lucy!
