Green Valley Poultry Supplies/Chicken House

I was a customer of Wells Poultry (Chicken House) for nearly 6 years - I ordered from them before Xmas and did not receive my order until the second week of February - it was for
a 175W PAR38 infrared Heat Bulb
Standard Heat Lamp with Energy Saving Switch
I got 3 bulbs - so out of pocket.
I really can't be bothered to try and deal with these people regarding the wrong order as I waited long enough for it but I will be sending a copy of my correspondence with them to the Trading Standards. Appalling service despite emailing twice, using their complaints board once and ringing on 7 seperate occasions - noone had the decency to call me. I managed once to get someone who then quickly talked over me saying a pallet had arrived and the order would be out that day - I didn't receive a thing until 3 weeks later to that call.
Won't be using them again and will be contacting Trading Standards as well regarding this disgraceful service.

There was a thread on here last year about them. You're not the only one to have had problems with them.
We won't touch them with a bargepole now. We found that Flytesofancy were really good.0 -
