v5 question

hi all,
i recently sent my v5 back to dvla due to changing my surname
I have had my vehicle from new in oct 2014 however when it has come back its now says 1 previous keeper and i have had the vehicle from feb 2015.


should i contact dvla to show there error or do nothing?

Yes, contact DVLA.

Did you tick the "new keeper" box? Did your address also change?

no new keeper was unticked and only registered keeper signed same address as before

Best to phone first thing tomorrow morning, as if they have added you as a new keeper, a refund of the tax will be sent to you under old name and vehicle unlicensed.

omg its been untaxed for neally a month
now i have a problem as i have work tommorow morning and leave home at 7:30 but dvla dont open till 8 i guess i will be late for work


will i have to pay again or will they correct on the phone?

Not received it and if it does come in won't be able to cash it as my bank has my new name the cheque will be in old name
