Incorrect CCJ from Yorkshire Water

Hi all,
Yorkshire Water have given my partner and I a ccj for an unpaid bill at an address we have never lived at! Obviously having never lived at the property we had no warning of this and only found out when a FA was looking at a mortgage for us.
We contacted Yorkshire water and after the usual merry go round of speaking with a set of dumplings we were finally told the ccj was incorrect and would be removed within 28 days. This has not happened! I contacted them again yesterday and it was back to square one. Accusing us of setting the account up online etc.. A manager should be calling back within 5 days.
I am livid.. this has financially penalised us in so many ways it's untrue. I want to take them to the cleaners.. Any advice on what to do would be massively appreciated.
Thanks!

How did Yorkshire Water get hold of your details?
PS - never furnish water companies with personal information.0 -
They are a victim of fraud. You are a victim of identity theft. It appears that someone used your details to set up an account so that they would never have to pay their water bill.
You can apply to the court asking it to have the judgement set aside/ cancelled.0
