I like Flickr to store my photos because
a) uploading is easy
b) I can not only store my photos in albums but also collections.
So I can e.g. have collection like
2010 - collection holiday in USA - california album, florida album etc.
c) lots of space
However I am also concerned that one day it will crash and kill all my photos.
Is there a service like Flickr which crucially allows one to easily import from flickr?

Welcome to the perils of cloud storage
I suppose one way you could do this would be to use a batch Flickr downloader (Google is your friend) to your pc and download the pictures directly to a onedrive/googledrive/dropbox etc folder which will automatically sync to your cloud account.
A good idea might be to invest in some local USB storage drives to make sure you have copies locally.
How many photos do you have on Flickr ?Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0 -

BTW I do have my photos on my PC. However I am concerned that one day my PC and Flickr will crash. I would like to have 3 storage places one physical and two cloud (or maybe three clouds and one PC).
Ipernity looks good but doesn't have collections which I really need.0 -
Onedrive, Flickr, and a physical drive would be more than enough. That said, Flickr and a physical drive would be enough, the chances of them both crashing out at the exact same moment are about zero....Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Storage space at different sites depends on how much you want to pay. Flickr is very generous with 1TB. Not many others with that capacity for free.
To automate things you can use the IFTTT Flickr channel :
https://ifttt.com/flickr
Every time you upload a new photo to Flickr then IFTTT can shunt a copy to another online service like Google Drive or DropBox automatically.0
