ESA saying sick note expired when it hasn't

My daughter applied for ESA on 30th January and got a sick note from the doctor on which he put 30th March as the expiry date. Your GP needs to know that you still have the condition for which he is writing the certificate. I would certainly expect a GP to check after a maximum 3 months for a new incapacity. It sounds to me as if he is actually doing his job properly.
