Newcastle Football Club Trading game Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is WDFC UK Limited (“we, us”) unless otherwise stated. WDFC UK Limited has a trading style of wonga.com

2. You do not need to have or take out a wonga.com loan to enter.

4. To enter the competition you need:
o To be a UK resident;
o To be 18+; and
o To have entered the Trading game using the Facebook app on the wonga.com Facebook page;

5. Cards are collected in the following ways: one new card will be generated each calendar day a player either (a) visits the app from a PC or laptop; or (b) visits the app from a smartphone or tablet.

6. A maximum of two card trades can be made or accepted in a calendar day.

7. There are two types of prizes – instant win prizes awarded during the promotion and a prize awarded at the end of the promotion to those that have completed their trading card collections.

8. Instant win prizes – these are trading cards that when collected award a prize instantly. They can be one of three types: a signed shirt card, a signed football card or a signed photo card. A signed shirt card awards an NUFC shirt, signed by various members of the squad. A signed football card awards an NUFC football, signed
by various members of the NUFC squad. A signed photo card awards a signed photo of a member of the NUFC squad. There are a minimum of 20 instant win prizes in total.

9. Random prize draw for those who have completed their trading card collection by the end of the promotion - there will be one main prize of a bundle including an NUFC shirt signed by various members of the squad, a signed NUFC football and a signed player photograph.

10. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event they are unavailable, a prize of equivalent value will be provided at our sole discretion. Prizes can't be exchanged and cash alternatives will not be offered. Each prize includes delivery costs of sending the prize to the winner’s UK address.

11. The prize draw at the end of the promotion will take place at midday on 25th May 2015. We reserve the right to extend the prize draw at our sole discretion.

12. In order to claim a prize, the winner needs to reply to the email we have sent them notifying them of the prize within 7 working days of the email being sent. In the reply, the winner will need to provide us with their full UK postal address so that we can arrange for the prize to be sent. If the winner does not respond to our email within 7 working days, a new winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.

13. Competition winners agree to allow us to display their first name, Facebook username and Facebook profile picture on our website (https://www.WongaNUFC.com) and Facebook page.

14. By entering the competition you allow us to use your details in future marketing activities and communications. If you do not wish for your details to be used in this way, please email us at optout@wonga.com.

15. The competition is not open to WDFC UK Limited (or any other group company) employees or their direct relations.

16. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and entrants are providing information to us and not to Facebook.

18. We choose winners randomly and that selection is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

19. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer or excludes or limits the promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its staff's or supplier's negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, neither the promoter nor Facebook accept any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.

Would be useful it the thread title reflected the prizes rather than the game you have to play to win. (Signed NUFC items)
