Aktiv Kapital defaulting my credit score even though debt has been written off

Hi, I have tried to search for a similar thread but cannot find one so apologies if this has been repeated. In 2010 I was in some financial trouble (the usual story of splitting from a partner, having to sell the house etc etc). My debts added up to no more than 14k, I was not working and had no way to pay the debts off.…

Hi,

Have had the same issue with Aktive Kapital (debt was also with Virgin via MBNA) and my DRO completed in Sep '14.

I sent the clean up letter to all my creditors and this is the only one still showing as defaulted on Noddle. All others are in the closed/settled section.

May try again with them after September this year.
