Credit Score - Repayment Assesment

I have a credit report with Equifax and my recent repayment assessment has been labelled as poor.

I have three credit cards, two of which are clear and have been for at least 6 months and one credit card that i pay over the minimum repayment amount each month. I have never missed a payment for any credit card, direct debit or anything like this.

I can't understand why Equifax have labelled me with a poor score for repayment when I have never defaulted and always paid more than expected. my credit card utilisation is 38%

Does anyone else have this problem?
