No both are committing fraud.My friend thought she'd found a way to break the lease and get rid of her tenant when she reported her for this same thing.Both were taken to court as my friend had known her tenant was doing this for 18 months before reporting her.Was only trying to let op know he was also committing fraud.Sorry if it didn't seem that way.
