The original version has not worked correctly for several months, it was usable by employing some workarounds.
Problems with the Forecastfox Addon in Palemoon and Firefox now seem to have been sorted with the release of Forecastfox (fix version).

It is now working correctly here with Palemoon and Firefox on Windows 8.1.

Also, if running Adblock Plus on Palemoon, you may have noticed the icon has disappeared.
You should remove Adblock Plus and replace it with Adblock Latitude, which is a fork developed specifically for Palemoon.
