Replacing panel in UPVC door

Hi there, I'm struggling a little with taking out a panel in our back door. It's not quite popping out as it seems to do in the youtube diy guide video, funnily enough....here's the panel.

If I pry the outer white trim bits, I get get a chisel in there but it just doesn't really budge or pop out. Does the black gasket type material hold it in place? That doesn't seem to be easy to remove either.
Can anyone help at all?
Thanks

On the opposite side you should have another gasket, remove that first as this acts as a wedge to keep everything tight, once that's out you should be able to remove the trim on the inside pretty easily.
When you change the panel, the exterior gasket goes in last.0 -
Excellent thanks, there is another black rubbery gasket on the reverse so will give that a go. I'm guessing it just prises out with a knife or similar?0
