  • Your petrol costs are huge! Do you use your car for work? Is there no cheaper option - bus/train etc?

Other than that your outgoings seem ok... I might try and lower the mobile phone though, you can get decent sim only deals for £10 per month x

Your utilities are quite high, £74 for gas is a lot. Is the TV licence in arrears? The standard payment is £12.12. Also you don't appear to eat, £0 for groceries?

I have tried to annotate yr SOA, There are savings to be made but they are not going to resolve your problem. You need debt advice urgently. Can i suggest that you contact one of the debt charities, (step change receives very good feed back on here). You are in deep trouble steve and to use a cliche fiddling with your budget is like re arranging the deck chairs on the titanic. Contact them. Today. HTH andy

  • Thanks Spot3. Cant believe I managed to miss groceries. I spend around £170/mnth on food/cleaning/pet food at Asda or Lidl
  • Looks like i need to shop around for Gas. Im in a 3 bed house (council house) and use timer carefully
  • To me the gas doesn't seem high, but then I realised you live alone. We're in a large badly insulated 4 bed detached house so actually your gas should probably be cheaper! Are you on a meter?

  • Ive tried to get a 0% card but was refused even though my credit score is good.
Assets include private number plates on retention at £3k
  • Just out of interest how are you paying for things from month to month? You have a huge overspend. Are you increasing your credit card every month?

What was the 29k loan for? Debt consolidation?

    You need expert help Steve.
