I just had to get down from my mighty fine high horse. It is a very nice horse. I thought this was incorrect and bad advice to give. But since looking, you do not require a license if you watch on demand - anything live you do. Wow! Hmm may have a chat with the wife0 -

O.K I presume that you'll need to buy some food and other things not mentioned on your SOA?
It's not clear if this is how expenses are normally split in your house or if there is a problem, partly because your partner has gone away?
Either way it seems, at least in the short term you will need to sort out some sort of payment plan with your creditors. National Debtline, Stepchange of your local CAB can all help.
Obviously if this isn't just a short term issue as your partner is away then you will need to seriously consider your options for repaying this debt. Unfortunately on your income that level of debt is going to be very difficult to repay. You may need to consider bankrutpcy.
Don't panic though the debt charities can talk you through all the different options.
