Just as an aside, I would be mortified if a client of ours was posting on here asking other brokers what was going on in an application we're managing.
Our clients know if we are awaiting something from them, something from the lender, or something from a third party.

Any broker who has not worked out the benefit of keeping borrowers well informed throughout the process is doing themselves, and their clients a disservice.I am a Mortgage Broker

KS I just work for two brokers & I know how cross they get when clients interfere.
If you want a Broker then for goodness sake trust them. Would you tell a man you called to fix your washing machine how to fix? I doubt it.0 -
