I don't think he said (or inferred) that he got transatlantic flights for less than £65, just that the flights he normally gets are less than that.0

We were due a Main Cabin Extra refund after I went completely mad and upgraded to Business. It appeared around the time we flew - either a couple of days before or after I can't remember.
As annoying as it is to wait, it might all happen automatically.0
