oh dear.... ive no hope then.
when I spoke to skipton yesterday they had received it and told me to expect an other either today/Friday or Monday.
however when I rang my broker they told me that the turn over is 4 days so they will ring on Monday to hurry the offer along....
then my skipton tracker doesn't even say they have received it yet!

So the surveyor has to receive the additional report and find the time to assess it and feed back the result to the lender along with carrying out the new valuations the lender has instructed.
As a consequence, it takes longer.
Even allowing for Easter, it should have been assessed and reported back by now.
The response received back from surveyor a week ago. We are now waiting for Skipton to assess this response.0 -

we have now got to have a tree report carried out along with a damp and timber report!!
we have the damp & timber report booked in for tomorrow morning & the tree report was done early this morning..
our updated timeline is now

Date application received -9/3/15
Date minimum submission received- 18/3/15
Date valuation instructed- 01/4/15
Date valuation received- 14/4/15
Date tree damp & timber report instructed- 17/4/15
Date tree report carried out- 21/4/15
Date damp & timber report being carried out- 22/4/15
