Disappointed that I haven't received it yet. In what way is it authentic looking? Does it use the addressee's real name? Post code? Portion of account number? I want to be prepared if it does arrive. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

I've had 2 or 3 lately pretending to be from Halifax - very well constructed ie no obvious grammatical/spelling errors and exhibiting a genuine looking logo -but absolutely no personal info. in them.0
