Happy new diary Smilie. Promise I will be back sometime but not feeling well. Don't tell Greying but I have just had a soup in a cup. I bought them before my op so I could have a warm drink if I needed one and feel so yuck - seeing what my stomach will take and there was one left in the packet.

Another one here cheering that Karma has finally caught up with those people Naomi:T:T

Gentle hugs to those feeling under the weather or dealing with others that are. I have spent several hours in the garden today, tidying and planning whilst supervising OH pruning (he gets rather carried away if left to his own devices:eek:). As per usual I should have quit about 2 hours ago, waiting for the pain killers to kick in before a quick raid on the supermarket:(

Loving the smilie:T, alcohol doesn't feature too much in my life as my body does not process it properly, but I might just risk a little Sloe gin and tonic later - cheers everyone:beer:

  • Smilie.. how did you know I was in the shower? :D I have just had a lovely pamper session now that jelly is finally in bed after a very sicky night last night and a bad day today!

Apple cider vinegar on my hair after I washed it, then left in :) and now towel drying it then to run some coconut oil through the ends. Must remember to sleep on a towel though, new bedding!

Hugs mothernerd, I am sorry you aren't feeling very well!!

Maddiemay I am not a drinker either and when I feel like it I have to resort to whatever is in the house... ;) jaeger?! :rotfl: or cheap brandy for the xmas brandy butter!

Have a lovely evening all. I am trying to figure out what I want to eat. Have been scoffing a fresh out of the oven loaf so not that hungry whoops! xx

The sun is shining today, and a fresh breeze (aka arctic gale) is blowing, must find something to wash and hang out to dry.

Cold water and cider vinegar rinsed instead of conditioner. Clarifies your hair, and in my very hard water area is a necessity if you don't want to spend lots of money on softeners or clarifying shampoo :) xx
